● Our shop is a relaxation spa and does not offer services for the purpose of medical treatment. We do not accept nor use massage for that purpose.

● During the treatment, if the therapist decides to discontinue it, the spa will have the right to stop the treatment immediately and the customer may be requested to leave. No refund will be given.

● Lockers are located in the spa’s changing room. There are no lockers in each treatment room. So if you wish to use one, please feel free to contact us. Please take note that we are not responsible for any loss of valuables inside the spa.

● We are not responsible for any unexpected accidents during the course of the treatment such as skin rash, skin burn and others.

● Customers without pickup service who will be arriving late must contact us ahead of time to check if their reserved schedule could be re-arranged. Please take note that there is no assurance that we will be available to change your schedule because it depends on the schedule of other customers.

● If you are using a discount coupon, please inform us at the time of booking. We will not accept changes in the price once treatment has started.

● Sexual harassment towards our therapists is prohibited by law. Such acts include but not limited to inappropriate remarks, touching and etc. We have the right to immediately stop the treatment and let the customer be requested to leave the store. No refund will be given.

● Before the start of every treatment, our therapists will ask you for the pressure strength (soft, medium, hard). We are not responsible if there are bruises or body pains afterwards because our therapists are just following customer’s request.

● Any inappropriate acts done by the customer towards the spa which may cause disturbance or inconvenience to others will have to be asked to leave the premises. No refund will be given.

The spa may refuse or change the treatment due to the following cases:

· drunk customer
· customer with high fever
· pregnant customer (As a rule, we only accept treatment for women after the 16th week of pregnancy)
· Severe sunburn
· Sensitive skin or customer with allergies
· If the spa determines that it is a difficult case

A day before your planned visit (before 12:00) – 100% refund
A day before your planned visit (12:00 to 16:00) – 50% refund
A day before your planned visit (after 16:00) or No Show – no refund
