VELSPA (hereinafter referred to as "the company") strives to protect customer’s personal information because we know that customer’s identity is private. All of our staffs will follow this privacy policy when handling customer’s personal information.

1. When we receive personal information
If we need customer’s personal information, the company will ask for the customer’s consent first.

2. When we use personal information
The company will not use customer’s personal information for any purpose except the one for which you have consented us for.

3. Provision of personal information to third parties
The company does not share personal information with any third parties unless customer has agreed to it. The company may provide information if it is subject to legal obligations and based on the law.

4. Implementation of security measures against personal information
In order to protect customer’s personal information, the company will conduct an orientation to staffs regarding privacy policy such as but not limited to the following – lost, destroyed, illegally leaked to the outside, falsified and unauthorized access to personal information.

5. About inquiries from customers regarding personal information
If a customer asks about his personal information, the company will take necessary action such as data update, data correction and data deletion.
