We are unable to accommodate visits for therapeutic purposes.
● During treatment, if the therapist determines that continuing the session is impossible, they may immediately stop the treatment and ask you to leave the premises. Please understand that you may also be asked to refrain from any future visits. Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
● Lockers with keys are available only in the dressing room (shower and restroom area). There are no lockers with keys in the individual treatment rooms. If you want to use a locker with a key, please feel free to ask. Please note that the facility and its staff assume no liability whatsoever for theft or loss occurring within the premises.
● While we take every precaution to ensure safety, our establishment and its associates shall not be held liable for any compensation in the event of unforeseen accidents, cold burns, skin irritation, or muscle soreness.
● If you are visiting our salon directly (without using our shuttle service) and will be late for your appointment, please be sure to contact us. Depending on the reservation status of other customers, we may not be able to accommodate you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
● If you want to use any promotions, please be sure to mention this at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate changes to the menu or pricing once the treatment has begun.
● Sexual harassment of therapists (including inappropriate remarks, touching the therapist’s body, or other acts contrary to public order and morals) is prohibited by law. Should such behavior occur, we will immediately terminate the service, ask you to leave the premises, and prohibit you from future use of our services.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds in such cases.
● At our salon, we confirm the pressure level of our treatments each time to ensure they align with your preferences. Should any discomfort arise during a treatment performed at the pressure level requested by you, our salon shall bear no liability whatsoever.
● If you engage in behavior deemed inappropriate for our establishment or cause inconvenience to other customers, we may ask you to leave. Please be advised that we may also prohibit you from using our services in the future. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Customers less than 16 weeks pregnant must consult with us beforehand.
