Can you provide airport transfers?

Yes, We can.

Please note that for airport pickups and drop-offs, we require your flight number and departure time.
Please be sure to include this information when making your reservation.



▶Notice for Late-Night Flight Passengers

・International flights departing after 2:00 AM
・Domestic flights departing after 1:00 AM

Airport transfers will depart uniformly at 10:30 PM from Velspa.

As this is your departure day, please indicate in the remarks section if you wish to use the shower facilities.

※Please note that airport shuttle services operate on a shared-ride basis. We kindly ask for your cooperation in strictly adhering to the scheduled times.

Are the therapist a woman?

All therapists at our spa are female.
Furthermore, all therapists hold massage therapy certification, so you can receive treatments with confidence.

Can I receive treatment during my period?

Ofcourse!
Kindly be informed that you will be asked to wear a disposable underwear over your own.

Can I receive treatment while pregnant?

As a general rule, we only provide massage services to individuals who are 16 weeks pregnant or further along.
We cannot perform treatments while you are lying face down, so treatments will be conducted in a side-lying or supine position.
Please note that massage services for pregnant individuals may require modifications to the treatment content.

Can children receive treatment?

We do not impose age restrictions, but as a general rule, massage is only available for children who can receive treatment quietly while accompanied by a guardian in the same room.
Our experience includes children as young as 4 years old.
Our experienced staff specializing in kids’ massage will provide the treatment, so you can feel confident in receiving it.

Is there a kids’ room?

Yes, we do. We provide one Filipino childcare attendant per family.
Please note that this service requires advance reservation. If you wish to use the Kids’ Room, please inform us at the time of booking.

Can I take a shower before or after the massage?

Yes, you can.
You may visit us directly after activities such as marine sports, take a shower, and then receive your treatment.
We also provide various amenities including hair dryers, toner, lotion, and cleansing gel.

Please note that our spa operates on a reservation-priority basis. If you wish to use these facilities, please indicate so in the remarks section when making your reservation.

Is it okay if I go with my makeup on?

Yes!
For courses that include a facial massage, our therapists will carefully remove your makeup. However, if you prefer to do it yourself, we also provide cleansing gel, cleansing water, facial wash, toner, and moisturizer. Please feel free to ask.

What should I wear for the treatment?

Depending on the treatment, you will be asked to wear disposable underwear during oil massages.
For dry massages without oil, you will be asked to wear cloth shorts.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do.
Please note that we charge a separate bank fee equivalent to 3% of the total amount. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Can you arrange transportation for me?

Yes, we can offer free transfers within Mactan Island.
We also offer transfers within the Cordova area of Mactan Island and within Cebu City for a fee.

▶ Cordova Area & Cebu City

・1 person: 2,200 pesos (round trip)
・2 or more people: 1,100 pesos (round trip) *per person

Even if you are staying in the Cordova area or Cebu City, you can use our free shuttle service if you are within the free shuttle area. Please indicate this in the remarks section when making your reservation.

(Example)

・From Cebu City: Take a taxi to Island Central Mall, and we will provide a free shuttle from there to our store.

・From Cordova: Take a taxi to J PARK Hotel, and we will provide a free shuttle from there to our store.
