This is a luxury spa package recommended by us. Aside from providing massage to your body, polishing your skin with our original Organic Body Scrub (whitening and moisturizing effect) made with edible ingredients such as dried coconut, carrots and honey, and then using banana leaves after the scrub, a powerful body wrap will rejuvenate you and your skin and our highly moisturizing platinum facial pack will completely leave you relaxed and happy.

※ Hilot Oil Massage. This package is recommended for those who would want to try the Philippine’s traditional massage therapy. You will have a full body massage, foot scrub and facial care. Hilot Massage, an ancient treatment therapy, uses 100% pure virgin coconut oil from “human ♥ nature”. This style of massage relieves blood flow, muscle tension and stiffness. Thus, getting the effect of a relaxed hormone balance. Before the treatment, we use banana leaves to help the body relax and determine the tensed muscle areas. The massage is tailored to each customer in a completely private room.

※ Hot Stone Therapy. This package is a full body massage with the use of hot stones, foot scrub and platinum facial care. The direct heat of the stones that is applied to the muscles causes white blood cells to grow, improve metabolism, and eliminate waste products. This treatment is in a completely private room. For the hot stone massage, you have the option to choose from 6 kinds of aroma oils.

After the treatment, soak in a flower bath to melt away the physical fatigue and have a relaxing experience.

※ Minimum reservation is 2 persons. Maximum is 6 persons.

※ Hilot massage and stone massage has different rooms. Since the room is good for 2 persons and if you wish to be in the same room, choose the same type of massage. If more than 2, the third person can choose a different type of massage. In case there are 4 persons, all 4 persons can choose the same the type of massage or can have 2 persons for hilot massage and 2 persons for hot stone.

Can you provide airport pick-up and drop off?

Certainly,
If you wish, please advise your flight number and expected departure time.

Can I use Japanese language?

Yes, there is a Japanese staff who is always in the spa. ※ If they are not around, we wil respond by phone.
Our therapists can understand simple Japanese words such as the strength of the massage (strong, weak, painful) and the room temperature (hot and cold) during the treatment.

Are our Therapists Women?

Yes, our spa therapists are all women.
and, our all therapists have a massage therapy licensed.

Can I receive treatment during menstruation?

Yes, but do take note to wear your sanitary pad a little bit higher or wear an overnight pad.

Can I receive treatment during pregnancy?

As a general rule, we only accept massage after the 16th week of pregnancy.
However, pregnancy massage can be a little different to the standard massage.

Can children receive treatment?

There is no age restriction. But as a rule, massages can only be accepted for children who can be treated quietly with their parents. If you have any other questions or requests, please feel free to contact us.

Do you have a kids room?

Yes. We have one Filipino sitter for each family. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the Kids Room.

Can I take a shower before or after massage?

Yes, you can directly come to the spa after your marine activity and take a shower before performing the treatment. During the reservation, kindly fill in the remarks if you wish to use the shower.

Can I visit with makeup on?

Yes, we will prepare cleansing oil, cleansing water, facial cleansing foam, skin lotion, milky lotion and etc.

What will I wear during the treatment?

Depending on the treatment. For oil massage, paper shorts will be provided. For dry massage, regular shorts will be provided.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes. Please take note that 3% of the total amount is separately charged as a fee.

Can you pick me up?

Yes, Mactan Island is free of charge. We can also pickup at Cebu City and Cordova for a fee.
